Can't hear or see on video call. Person on other end can hear me and see me but I can't see them or hear them.

The app is very great. But some features should be added on such as: •Adding people to a group call •Making a group call •Being able to send photos in a group chat These three new features would be a pleasure to have! It would make the app 100x better, especially for iPod 5 users.

This app use to be cool with no crashes. Now it crashes on me all the time & my connection is great & the other persons connection is great too. Maybe y'all should stop making it "beautiful" & focus on bug fixes so it stops crashing.

Garbage

This update has made it impossible for me to dial the numbers in Mexico that I've been calling on a regular basis for years. Not sure what the problem is, and "tech support" had no solution either (other than "restart your phone and reinstall app"). Really disappointed, as international calling is the only reason I use Skype. FAIL.

Its bad in connection lot of drop calls and its cutting i have viber and it 10 x better i wont recommend this to a friend

Skype is a very good way to interact with family and friend

Skype has always worked for my friends and I. Although the updates are a little questionable I highly recommend it!

Terrible app. They do a very good job on not explaining anything to you. Thanks for nothing.

First off, people saying that they want the ability to add people to a call is not ever going to happen. Its technologically impossible. When using skype normally to call one person the person you call hosts the call, so when you add a person you actually host the call. The iPod/iPhone simply do not have the speed for that.

If I could give this app no stars, I would. During my husband's last deployment we were able to use Skype to message and call one another pretty reliably. Two years later, he is deployed again, and I updated my Skype app on my iPhone to make it easier to stay in contact. However, now Skype logs me out whenever I leave the app despite having multitasking capability, and selecting the option to never automatically log out. This causes me to miss messages from my husband, and he can't call me unless I'm on my laptop. I've searched for fixes to this issue, but have only found unanswered questions on Skype's own discussion boards dating back to 2011. With that kind of prompt response to users' issues, I'll switch over to Facebook messenger, and figure something else out for calls.

This app is terrible because if you forget your password it won't tell you what it is. Please make so it can show you what your password is.

I uninstalled this app a while ago due to crashes rending it completely useless. Today I was forced to re-install it for work, only to discover my entire contacts list was gone. The answer I was given by the Skype support? "We don't see any deletions on your account, must be your fault" Utterly enraging.

Bought a credit for $10, needed to call overseas asap to address a family matter. Skype did not connect, still isn't connecting my call. All i see on the screen is "connecting". They charged me $0.22 for this connecting screen message! When I asked for a refund they could get away with not refund me by making the excuse of "you already started using your credit" Please do not buy credit from them, which I didnt! So not worth it! I had to buy a phone card from another web site, which i should've done in the beginning! Will never buy anything from skype or use their services! Long live viber, whatsapp and other phone card selling web sites!

So me and my boyfriend got on Skype through our phones but it kept saying we were offline and I cudnt call anyone because it kept crashing please fix this :/

I tried to Skype my friend in Tokeo and it didn't work so I say get up and GO seriously u should be outside playing in your outdoor private pools like me!!!!!

I hate this app...

Skype used to be awesome. But ever since the new upgrades, it freezes up a lot and makes random high pitched noises when someone makes a sound.

Skype mobile is in desperate need of one crucial feature inexplicably absent to this day - the ability to default to Online Contacts on startup. It's extremely annoying to have to manually switch every time, just to avoid needing to scroll down a huge list of people to see who's on. C'mon, Microsoft, get it together.

I make calls but no sound at all. The worst version since I started to use Skype 8years ago. U need to fix it ASAP.

If someone tries to call me, it takes forever for the answer or decline option comes up, an when it does, if you press on them, they do nothing. Of course if the rare chance you get in the call, not only does the call crash, but it's hard to hang up. Added screw up, I can't join group calls. Other then that, well done for making a fancy looking IM messenger. Why is Skype mobile so horrible?

I hate how it takes me ages before I could log in. It's stupid how it has to go 'Checking Skype Account' before signing you in. I have no problems with Internet speed, so I don't understand why it has to go through such. Please fix this.

worst app!! this new version is full of bugs!

I was gonna use this app,but then I read the comments and a deleted it.every one says this app is crap,so I might as well join them.

Since the last update, my phone has been having episodes where it spontaneously restarts. The app doesn't even need to be open. Imo can't even log into my accounts anymore, yet the skype app can, however it crashes whenever I do anything, often resulting in the phone doing a forced-restart.

Let us turn off that horrendous bloop sound when we send and receive messages.
