I just switched from a droid x to iPhone 5 and had been using droid couch to 5 k and really enjoyed it, it would tell me how far I had gone, my speed, and the time it took for each interval. I can't get this iphone app to talk to me( I have checked the sound on phone and on the app), and there are no graphics telling me my progress. I really do miss my droid app, I couldn't find a comparable app on the iPhone. It does keep my time, but I'm constantly having to look down to see if its time to switch.
Really enjoy the app. Just wish the registration page would go away after registration.
Since I can't get any of my friends to get up and get out, this trainer is the next best thing!

Like the USer interface. easy to use. Easy to hit goals by week - perfect. Only suggestion build in reminders if I don't run for a few days.
I'm not sure I would be doing this without attainable goals being laid out the way this app does. Functionally I have yet to experience any bugs. Thanks!

I love the application! I've already cut 15 minutes off of my 5K in 3 weeks! The flaw is when I go to post my workout on FB, the screen freezes and the only way to get back to the app is the remove it from my device and re-install. :(

I do like this app and the others, as well. The only annoying thing is that it turns off the shuffle ability when playing music!
The app is so easy to use: you just tap to start workout and go! The voice reminders tell you everything else (although rarely it does fail). And the timer is easy to read. 2 improvement suggestions: 1. The integrated music player would be more robust or just link you straight to the music app. 2. something to track your actual miles ran.

Very easy to use. Don't have the voice prompt volume problem but could do without that registration page! Never thought I would or could be a "runner" but this app made it easy to get there!

Very good app. A few minor issues: window trying to sell you more apps on start up. Doesn't seem to be a way to turn off and there should be in paid version. Doesn't automatically start you where you previously left off. You have to manually scroll to it every time. Very minor inconveniences. Overall the training program is great!

I really liked the app and it got me off the couch. I completed the C 2 5k and went to 10k. However I don't like the fact you can't find out about or ask questions concerning the app or the workouts.
I'm not even a "runner", as I don't necessarily enjoy running but love the health benefits. This app makes it easier to get into the swing of things by reminding you of what to do and when. I'm just finishing up week 5 and am about to step up the time. Wish me luck and good luck to you!
This is a great app. One year ago I couldn't walk for on extended amount of time, now I'm jogging. I would recommend is app to anyone trying to make a healthy lifestyle change.

Just started with this app yesterday and love it so far! Makes a workout 100 times easier with their reminders of what to do when. Plus, I love that I can play my Pandora workout channel simultaneously! As for results, I'll let you know in a few weeks!
I love this program! Some users mentioned the registration screen that keeps coming up, but you can disable that in the settings (it took me awhile to figure that out), and once that was gone, I have no complaints! Definitely the best training app out there. My only complaint is that they assume you will run a 10 minute mile, and after completing the c25k program, I am not there yet, and it does keep you from running the distances they are assuming you will cover given the time. But other than that I have no complaints!
I have used this app, with diet change, to lose over 50 lbs in 3 months. I saw the app and realized, I can run 60 secs. I am now running a over 5 miles. AWESOME.

If you've completed C25K, this is a great app to further your training. It advances you at a slightly faster rate than the first program, but is not at a rate that is overwhelming.
I love this App. I did Couch to 5k before starting this one. I'm definitely not a fast runner, but it has helped me increase my distance a lot. I'm about a week and a half from finishing it & I'm happy with my progress. I have to listen to music, so I like the fact that I can control my playlist from the same screen.

"Success made possible" says it all! I would not be jogging if not for this program. It ABSOLUTELY WORKS... the voice prompt DOESN'T always though. :) But I still give it 5 stars because as far as running/jogging goes its an absolute success at our house! GREAT APP!!
I've used it for a couple of workouts now. They fixed the bugs that people were talking about with completion (it checks off workouts as you go), but the voice is still very soft with music playing. It's workouts are in manageable steps and I hope it works well;) I want to run a 10k in June!
The app is very user friendly and it is wonderful that it works with the screen locked! However, you can hardly hear the voice to change from running to walking. If you turn your music down the voice is not able to be heard at all. Please fix! :-)

Like it a lot but have accidentally repeated days because the app didn't startup at the next logical step.
I really like the app itself, my only complaint is the screen that appears every time on startup, trying to sell more apps. User should be able to turn it off.
Trained all the way to week 11. Need to get back on it with the help of 10k Trainer!
