I was just looking for an app to list what I eat daily and after looking at two silly apps, I came upon this one by chance. It is easy to use and provides powerful information. I'm recommending it to my friends who are interested in nutrition and good health.
I don't have to count calories, it's all done for me, from every bit I eat and exercise I do. Even doing housework, dishes and laundry I'm burning calories. My Net Diary keeps track of it all. All I do is weigh or measure my food and inter the amount and it does the rest. It also let me know when my body is lacking or going over a nutrient like calcium.
I love this app and I have actually lost my desired weight by using it to track my caloric intake and physical activity. I highly recommend to anyone who struggles with managing these two things.

I really enjoy using this. It's nicely laid out and breaks the program down for you wonderfully. I love the "daily details" where it tells you what you did right and where you need to improve. Also, the barcode scan makes it very easy to enter new foods. Love it!
I've been on this app and on my diet for almost a month now, and have lost nearly 17lbs healthily! I've tried diet plans, but this app so far has been the only thing that's helping me prevail. I still have a ways to go until I reach my goal weight, and I'm hoping this app will remain my savior until I do. Recommend to anyone trying to lose weight; this thing is better than MFP in my opinion.
My favorite things about this app are the shear number of foods they have listed and the weight chart. I use it every day.
App is very easy to use and in my first 2 weeks I have lost 4 pounds using the recommended daily calorie intake for my height, age and weight (plus with exercise of course). The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the food database is not as extensive as I have seen with other apps I have used. But since using this app I have deleted a few others I was also trying out.

The one thing that I find to be very time consuming is having to enter a lot of foods . Otherwise I really enjoy using this app and it does seem to work .

Seriously, I've used this app throughout my whole weight loss process and it has helped me SO much. Tracking my nutrition with this app is the smartest thing I've ever done. It needs the ability to just input a calorie number. Tonight we had stir fry, from the bag I knew the exact calories, but there is no way to input the data. As a work around I used a contributed item and called it 3.145 servings to get the caloric match I needed.
Keeps me aware of how much food intake a consume and how much I am burning by logging my exercise. Also helps me keep track of how much water I should be drinking!

I love the ease of use. Tried other apps but they were too technical & time consuming . On my medically supervised diet, I log meal choices & can select fast input using the favorites list so I don't waste time looking up calories. I also need to monitor my fluid intake and love how easy it is to tap each glass of water I drink. I also track my weight and exercise. The chart is a great visual for tracking how it all works together for my weight loss. I wish I could transfer this data to my computer or do printouts. Is this possible? Thanks for a great app.
