I like the app. I really do. I do not like the auto play when watching episodes. I fall asleep watching a show and then in the morning I am 5 episodes ahead or the series has completed. Then I have to search to find the show. I know its not hard to do, but just give us the option to shut it off. You had a version on the computer that allowed the viewer to go back to the previous episode or fast forward to the next one while inside an episode. That would be a great feature to have. Also giving us a history button to see our viewing history would be nice. So when we wake up and an entire season of shows has passed us by, we can search our history quickly to see what was last played, because it doesn't show up in the continue watching window.
The app is very entertaining when it decides to load, but often it refuses to accept my username and password. I keep having to delete and reinstall the app to make it work. Aside from that, it's a great way to watch things, there's no doubt about it.

Is "bug fixes" tech speak for "mess with it so it no longer works???? Seriously, this app worked great until I updated yesterday. It keeps crashing. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled today, but keeps happening. :(. iPhone 4S.
I really like this app and use it a lot, but the auto play feature bugs me. It causes the episodes to end a few seconds early sometimes to get ready for the next episode, and I don't like that I have to manually stop videos because I usually only play one at a time.

When I first had it on my iPod 32gb device it wouldn't load.after exiting the app, I deleated It. Then when I tried downloading it (again) it said it needed Ios.5.0
I only use this app when I'm on my lunch break, and only have time to watch one episode of a show, so I don't like feeling like I have to time my exit from the show before the next one starts - especially shows like Fraiser, where there is action going on behind the closing credits. I don't object to auto-play as a concept, it would just be nice to be able to turn it off.
Please allow access to full account on my device of choice. It just seems plain silly to have to use different devices. If I can do my banking on an ipad, I should be able to access my Netflix account. Come on guys, I just KNOW you can do it. My membership is at stake here, what could be more important. Yes, I know, it's Friday, who could possibly give a hoot.
Dear Netflix can you take Greek off of Netflix I think you can put something better on than that on Netflix.
Please find a way to have your "updates" and "fixes" to actually do the job and not cause the app to slow down and freeze constantly. Every time an update happens the app runs like crap. Having the ability to select which updates we get would be great. Not all updates are wanted, such as auto play of next episode.
Love Netflix but don't understand the new auto play feature on ipad. Why can't I control or opt out? It's really disruptive to the flow of my viewing & kills the sense of control Netflix offers that network TV doesn't. I consider this feature a big step backward. Really bummed at Netflix for putting this in and spoiling my iPad viewing experience.
Best movie app with tons of movies/shows to watch. I do have a problem with only being able to use 2 devices. It would be nice to use 3-4. Spring break was here and 2 ppl at home were using it so I couldn't use it on the road...;(. Up the number if devices!!!! Having issues with starting Netflix up and the screen being black and not able to do anything, have to restart iPad to reboot Netflix.

App was fine prior to the update, have not been able to open app since. Doesn't even load, just immediate freeze followed by crash ...awesome
Used to work fine, but after this update, video pauses every 15-30 seconds to load, not cool
Quitcher griping! Auto play works well for lots of people because I get into the shows I watch so much, I end up watching hours of them in one sitting.
The new auto play feature is great! One issue is when you pause or stop an episode instead of starting back where I left off it skips back to the beginning of the episode instead of my stopping point! Doesn't matter if I pause it, close it or just turn off the iPad it doesn't start back at the right spot, very annoying!
I can't select a movie from the search function. The list of movies shows up but none can be selected.
For some oddball reason the netflix app has quit working in the vertical position. Nothing seems to work to correct the problem. Have tried everything.
Why would they add a feature that one has no way of controlling? (in fact, why does this app not offer controls in general?) The post-play feature is malfunctioning on the series I am watching and is cutting off the endings of the previous episode, and I have no way of turning it off. Really frustrating!
On IPad: won't rotate to play back with IPad in vertical position. Playback favors only having the iPad in the horizontal position. The older versions allowed for both positions. Please incorporate the old functionality once again!
Overall, I love viewing favorite shows via the Netflix mobile app. That said, I absolutely despise the new iPad auto play feature!! I'm a '60's TV junkie, and scrutinizing the credits at episodes' end is a major part of the fun. Show ends...credits roll...less than 10 seconds in, and bam! On to the next installment. BOO!! Please provide us with the ability to disable this annoying new 'benefit'!
Is anybody paying attention at Netflix? Why would the portrait/vertical viewing option be taken away? Did you think that people would like FEWER options for viewing? Do you think it's good to upset paying customers by removing a preferred way to view your product?
The latest version is a piece of crap. I got freezes all the time! Can someone please fix it immediately!?
Please provide an option to delete a show in the continue watching queue...fast forwarding especially with series/episodes is time consuming.

Don't get me wrong this app is amazing but I am the type of person who loves documentaries about history but there is not a very good selection of them. This application is extraordinary I use it very often. I just wish they could add a little more documentaries.

You've taken my most used app, especially for nighttime viewing, and made it something I can't use. If I fall asleep, it'll just play constantly, episode after episode, and it'll eat up my bandwidth and drain the battery. Make that a switchable option like YESTERDAY. I can't believe you guys thought this was a good idea!
Why does Netflix delete its movies?!! It stinks! At least keep Jimmy Neutron!(and biggest loser for my mom) Or else I will delete this app!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the Netflix app. I usually watch shows on my iPad while it is connected to an iHome device, thus necessitating vertical viewing. Taking away this option with the new update has left me very upset. Until it is restored, I most definitely will not be streaming Netflix as often as I usually do, nor will I be using this app :(.
Netflix is great except if you're looking for season 2 & 3 of jessie, then don't get this, they only have season 1

Don't be dumb people. You need a Netflix subscription to use it. Works like a dream. A must for all Netflix subscribers.
Why I have to either reinstall Netflix or install an update every time I want to watch a movie/show is beyond me. But if I don't the video only plays for up to 5 minutes without having loading problems and kicking me out. Also the new auto play feature isn't even working on my device, I have to hit play to play the next episode.
Like everyone else with kids (and a lot of people without) I want the option to turn off the autoplay "feature."
Constantly seeing errors messages and that certain selections aren't available half way through them. Inconsistent app for such a huge service. The errors are consistent despite over half of a year's updates. Turn off Auto Play NF!
5star app if autoplay becomes optional. 1star app that is oftentimes unusable until then.
When I watch one episode I like the satisfaction of it automatically going to the next one and showing recommendations such as on Xbox and Playstation. Unfortunately the only device you did it for was the IPad not the iPhone. Besides that it is a really good app
App works great. I would like an option to skip intros of television shows. Also be able to download stuff to watch later while I'm at work, no wifi.
I never had problems with this app until recently. As I watch the shows or movies I lose sound or video within minutes. It is not my connection because I checked my download speed and it is 37 mb/sec (LTE) on my iPhone 5. This makes the app virtually useless. Please fix this problem or I am dropping Netflix. This app was great when it actually worked.
Only on my apple device the sound doesn't match up to the video. It's so frustrating trying to watch a movie when you constantly have to press back 10 secs. They need to fix this app ASAP!!!!
The latest update forces me to watch in landscape only. I often plug my ipad Into a speaker so now I can't watch netflix while plugged in. Absolutely terrible.
